Synonyms: NEU, NGL, HER2, TKR1, HER-2, c-erb B2, HER-2/neu, Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2, EC 2.7.10.1, p185erbB2, C-erbB-2, NEU proto-oncogene, Tyrosine kinase-type cell surface receptor HER2, MLN 19, CD340 antigen.
Formulation: The ERBB2 antibody is lyophilized in 0.05M phosphate buffer, 0.1M NaCl, pH 7.2. AZIDE FREE.
Transportation method: Shipped with Ice Packs.
Stability: The lyophilized antibody remains stable and fully active when stored at -20°C. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -80°C. The Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show decline in activity after one week at 4°C.
Solubility: It is recommended to add 100µl of deionized water and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Slight turbidity may occur after reconstitution, which doesn't affect the activity of the ERBB2 antibody. The solution can be clarified by centrifugation.
Clone: P7H3BV.
Ig Subclass: IgG2b.
Immunogen: Anti-human ErbB2 mAb, is derived from mice immunized with the recombinant human ErbB2 (43.4 kDa, 397 a.a. and one extra N-terminal Methionin) purified from E. coli.
Type: Mouse Anti Human Monoclonal.
Applications: ELISA, Western blotting.
