Solubility: Reconstitute with H20 to get a 1 mg/ml concentration. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Storage Procedures: In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at +4°C in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

Titer: By direct ELISA, 1:20,000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
Note: The antibody was produced in BALB/c mice. Will recognize FLAG (DYKDDDDK) conjugated at either the amino or carboxy terminus. Can be used bound to various resins for affinity purifications.
