Shipping and Storage: SBT-DQB1 is shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, store the primers and EmeraldNStart HiFi Marathon PCR Master Mix at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer, and nuclease-free H2O at +4°C. Once the EmeraldNStart HiFi Marathon PCR Master Mix is thawed, store it at +4°C and do not refreeze. It is stable at +4°C for up to 6 months if stored properly.
