The genomic DNA was treated with RNase A, dissolved in buffer and frozen immediately.

The quality and purity of genomic DNA are analyzed by spectrophotometer and electrophoresis. A260/280 is between 1.8 and 2.0
CONCENTRATION
The concentration ofgenomic DNA is determined by Qubit dsDNA BR Assay. The method is highly accurate and selective for the quantitation of DNA.
