- 3 M Sodium acetate buffer, pH 5.2
- Isopropanol (100%)
- Ethanol (96-100%)
- 1.7 mL (or 1.5 mL) microcentrifuge tubes (DNase/RNase free)
- Microcentrifuge with rotor for 1.7 mL (or 1.5 mL) tubes
