4. short intracellular half-life
5. the accessibility of a broad wavelength range simply via substitutions and alterations to the TO structure
6. TO1 and TO3 dyes can be used in a 2-color reporter assay system using both the RNA Mango and RNA Peach Aptamer systems (Kong et. al. 2021)
