CELL PURIFICATION: Human Pan T cells were purified from normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The purity of CD3 positive T cells was >90 %.

LYSIS BUFFER: Human Pan T cells were lysed in modified RIPA buffer containing protease inhibitors. Cell debris was removed by centrifugation.

QUALITY CONTROL: Protein concentration was determined by BCA Protein Assay Kit. Cell Lysate was analyzed using SDS-PAGE and stained with ORIOLE.

STORAGE BUFFER: Stored in 1x SDS-PAGE loading buffer and is ready-for-use.
