CELL PURIFICATION: Human B cells were purified from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by CD19 positive selection. The purity of CD19 positive B cells was >90 %.

LYSIS BUFFER: Human B cells were lysed in modified RIPA buffer containing protease inhibitors. Cell debris was removed by centrifugation.

QUALITY CONTROL: Protein concentration was determined by BCA Protein Assay Kit. Cell Lysate was analyzed using SDS-PAGE and stained with ORIOLE.

STORAGE BUFFER: Stored in 1x SDS-PAGE loading buffer  and is ready-for-use.

STORAGE: <-20^oC. Stable for six months at -20^oC from the date of shipment Centrifuge the vial before use.
