Human Cardiac Fibroblast Growth Supplement (FGS-2) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal cardiac human fibroblasts.
The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide a defined and optimally balanced growth environment that maximally promotes the growth of normal human cardiac fibroblasts in vitro.
The supplement is designed as an additive for Fibroblast Medium-2 (FM-2, Cat. No. SC2331) and should be used in conjunction with that medium.

FGS-2 is for laboratory research use only. Not permitted for use in human or animal diagnostics, therapeutic, or other clinical uses. Not for drug, household, or other uses.
Storage
Store the FGS-sf at -20ºC before adding to fibroblast medium.
