Usage:Typically supplemented at 35-70μg/ml or 1.25-2.5 ml per 500 ml of medium to support the growth of adherent epithelial cells. Refer to the Growth Conditions section of the specific cell product for additional information regarding supplementation. Optimal concentration may vary per cell type.
QC:Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology, and metabolism of the tested cells. Additionally, the media has been tested for sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels.
Storage Condition: Store at or below -20°C. Do not thaw and refreeze.
