Components: TEpiCM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 5 ml of tonsil epithelial cell growth supplement (TEpiCGS, Cat. No. SC2572) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. No. 0503). Note: Due to BPE in the growth supplement, formation of lipoproteins can cause precipitates to be present; the color may vary with different lots.

Storage: Store the basal medium at +4°C, the TEpiCGS and the P/S solution at -20°C. Protect from light.
