Components: SkMCM-prf consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. No. SC0025), 5 ml of skeletal muscle cell growth supplement (SkMCGS, Cat. No. SC3552), and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. No. SC0503).
