Components: ObMM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of FBS (Cat no. SC0025), 5 ml of Osteoblast Mineralization Supplement (ObMS, Cat no. SC4672), and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat no. SC0503). Note: FBS, ObMS, and P/S are not pre-mixed in ObMM; they must be added separately to make the complete ObMM.
Product Use: ObMM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the ObMS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
