Components: NPCDM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 5 ml of FBS (Cat. no SC0005), 5 ml of Neural Precursor Cell Differentiation Supplement(NPCDS, Cat. no SC1572) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no SC0503). Note: FBS, NPCDS and P/S are not pre-mixed in NPCDM; they must be added separately to make the complete NPCDM.
Product Use: NPCDM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the NPCDS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
