Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) is modified DME medium, which contains high D-glucose (4,500 mg/L), sodium pyruvate, additional amino acids, selenium, HEPES and other supplementary components. This highly enriched synthetic medium is well suited for supporting the growth of a broad range of mammalian cell lines.
