Components: ObM-GF consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 mL of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. no. 0025), 5 mL of Osteoblast Growth Supplement (ObGS, Cat. no. 4652) and 5 mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. 0503). Note: FBS, ObGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in ObM-GF; they must be added separately to make the complete ObM-GF. NOTE: ObM-GF should be supplemented with Glucose Solution (GS; Cat no. 0893) prior to use. Glucose Solution is not included and should be purchased separately.
Product Use: ObM-GF is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the ObGS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
