Human Fibroblast Medium-2-basal-phenol red free, 2 x 500 ml

Fibroblast Medium-2- basal-phenol red free (FM-2-b-prf), when used with Fibroblast Growth Supplement-2 (FGS-2, Cat. no. SC2382) and 25 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS) is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of normal fibroblasts in vitro. It is a sterile, liquid medium which contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds and trace minerals. The medium is HEPES and bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO2/95% air. (SC2331-b-prf)
