Human Colonic Epithelial Cell Medium-Complete

Components

Colonic  Epithelial  Cell  Medium (CoEpiCM) consists of 2x 500 ml of basal medium, 2x 5 ml of Colonic Epithelial Cell Growth Supplement (CoEpiCGS, Cat. no. SC2952) and 2x 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0503).

Note: CoEpiCGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in CoEpiCM; they must be added separately to make the complete CoEpiCM.

Storage

Store the basal medium at +4^oC and the CoEpiCGS and P/S solution at -20^oC. Protect from light.

Shipping

Basal medium: room temperature. Medium supplements: dry ice.
