Components: AM-a-prf consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 10 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. No. SC0010), 5 ml of astrocyte growth supplement-animal (AGS-a, Cat. No. SC1882) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. No. SC0503). Please see the preparation procedures below for the final assembly of the medium.

Storage: Store the basal medium at 4oC, the AGS, the FBS and the P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
