Human skeletal muscle stem cells, MyoSatellite Cells™ are isolated from human skeletal muscle and sorted by CD56 expression. The purity of CD56 positive cells is >90%.
MyoSatellite Cells™ express Pax7, Myf5, MyoD, Myogenin and CD56 and have validated through fluorescence microscopy and qPCR.
