The quality and purity of genomic DNA are QC tested using spectrophotometer, PCR and gel electrophoresis.
The genomic DNA is provided ready to use for a variety of analyses including:
DNA methylation analysis
Southern Blotting, and PCR
gDNA is for laboratory science research use only. It is not approved for use in humans or animals or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Store genomic DNA at -80°C upon arrival.
To ensure stability, we recommend to aliquot the genomic DNA into single-use fractions to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
