Cryopreserved human immature dendritic cells (iMoDC) are derived from periferal blood CD14 Monocytes cultured with IL-4 and GM-CSF. iMoDC express CD40, CD86, CD83 markers.
iMoDCs are peripheral blood origin and from multi-donors.
