Components: OM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 2 ml of FBS (Cat. no SC0002), 5 ml of Oligodendrocyte Growth Supplement (OGS, Cat. no SC1662) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no SC0503). Note: FBS, OGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in OM; they must be added separately to make the complete OM.
Product Use: OM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the OGS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
