Components: MSCM-sf-prf consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 5 ml of Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Supplement-serum free (MSCGS-sf, Cat. no. SC7562) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0503). Note: MSCGS-sf and P/S are not pre-mixed in MSCM-sf-prf; they must be added separately to make the complete MSCM-sf-prf.

Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the MSCGS-sf and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
