The HepaRG™ cell line also has specific media and additives produced by Biopredic International for thawing, plating, culture, maintenance, differentiation, as well as medium for metabolism, pre-induction, toxicity endpoint applications.
HepaRG® Growth Medium is prepared by adding the additives into 500 ml basal hepatic medium (BPMIL700c) to induce proliferation of HepaRG cells. The additives contains antibiotics.
