RNA preparation:
The total RNA is prepared QC controlled standard method. The RNA has been treated with RNase-free DNase I and dissolved in RNase free water.
Quality control:
- RNA quality of A260/280 ratio was in the range 1.9-2.1
- intact 18S rRNA bands and 28S rRNA bands verified by a denaturing agarose gel, with a 2:1 ratio of 28S:18S.

HDF-a tRNA is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage:
Store the RNA immediately at -80°C upon arrival. To ensure stability, it is recommended to aliquot the RNA into single-use fractions to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
