Components: CMM-prf consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. No. SC0025), 5 ml of cardiac myocyte growth supplement (CMGS, Cat. No. SC6252) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. No. SC0503).

Storage: Store the basal medium at +4°C, the CMGS, the FBS and the P/S solution at -20°C. Protect from light.
