Components: AdM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 12.5 ml of FBS (Cat. no. SC0012), 5 ml of Adipocyte Growth Supplement (AdGS, Cat. no. SC7262) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0503). Note: FBS, AdGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in AdM; they must be added separately to make the complete AdM.
Product Use: AdM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the AdGS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
