Disposable Cell Counting Slide, FastRead 102 is a 10-chamber, disposable plastic cell counting slide. It is fast, no cleaning required, no cross-contamination.
GMP and GLP validated.
Each slide contains 10 chambers and each chamber contains a grid of 10 squares.
The volume per square is 0.1 μl with 1 x 1 mm and 0.1 mm in depth. Sample is loaded into the chamber using a disposible pipette.

Instruction of use
Sample is loaded into the chamber using a pipette. Accuracy is improved by using 10 μl sample volume and counting 5 large squares.The concentration is given by: Cells/ml = (total cell counted in 5 squares / 5) x dilution factor x 10E4.
