Propagation: The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow IV, Cat. No. TM004>. To make the completed growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (TM999)* to a final concentration of 10% 2mM L-Glutamine (G275), 5µg/ml Insulin (Z101065), 5µg/ml Transferrin (TM055), 1% Non-essential amino acids, 50 nM Hydrocortinsone,and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) to a final concentration of 1%.
