Immortalized Mouse Floxed Fam20c Osteoblast Cells are a reliable tool to study osteoblasts and the roles in formation, mineralization and repair of the osteoblasts. They carry the floxed Fam20c allele which allows further manipulation on exon 6-9 by Cre recombinase to obtain null Fam20c allele cells. Fam20c expresses the FAM20C kinase which has been associated with bone-related diseases due to mineralization dysfunction. The Immortalized Mouse Floxed Fam20c Osteoblast Cells can be expanded in vitro for research on the field of mineralization disorders.
