MEF Psen1/2
-/- cells were derived from E8.5 embryos which were PSEN negative, and is neomycin and hygromycin-resistant. The cells were immortalized with SV40 large T antigen via transfection with the pMSSVLT plasmid, and were continuously grown in culture to established the immortalized cell line.

Propagation: The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow IV medium available at
abm, Cat. No. TM004. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (TM999)* to a final concentration of 10%, and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) to a final concentration of 1%.Change media every 2-3 days.Carbon dioxide (CO
2): 5%, Temperature: +37.0°C.* Do not use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise. Recommend split ratio of 1:15 - 1:20 in new cell culture flask twice a week.
