Propagation: The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow I medium available at abm, Cat. No. TM001. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (TM999)* to a final concentration of 10%, Gentamicin (G272) to a final concentration of 10 μg/mL, and Amphotericin B (Fungizone) (G274) to a final concentration of 0.25 μg/mL. This cell line needs to be cultured flasks coated with Gelatin Coating Solution (0.1%) (TM063).
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 5%, Temperature: +37.0°C. * abm does not recommend to use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
