GFP1-10 Stable Expressing MDCK Cell Line was established by transducing parental MDCK cells with the pCMV-GFP1-10 plasmid. By itself, GFP1-10 is a fragment containing three residues that constitute the GFP chromophore, thus is non-fluorescent. Therefore, it is valuable cell line to be used in assays in which GFP11 is fused to an epitope of a target protein to study. The fused protein may be transfected into the cell line. Upon complementation, GFP1-10 and GFP11 fluoresces and can be visualized by microscopy.Quantity: 10⁶ cells/1.0 mlOrganism: DogSource Organ: KidneyBioSafety Level: IIGrowth Properties: AdherentMorphology: Epithelial-likeApplications: For Research Use OnlyPropagation: The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow VII medium available at abm, Cat.
