ARP1 has been shown to be the domain of dynactin that binds to membrane vesicles. It is involved in various processes such as ER-golgi transport and chromosome movement. These cells are designed to be suitable for research in cell cycle progression.High magnifications (400-1000x) are required to observe the GFP-tagged fusion due to the intracellular localization of specific subcellular structures.
