Human Corneal Epithelial Cell Pellet (HCEpiC Cell Pellet) is prepared from early passage Human Corneal Epithelial Cells. Each pellet contains 5 million cells and can be used for a variety of applications including PCR, western blotting, genomic DNA library construction, and gene expression profiling. Cell pellets from ScienCell Research Laboratories are convenient and cost effective for researchers as it eliminates the need to acquire expensive tissues.
It is recommended to use Corneal Epithelial Cell Medium-C (CEpiCM-C, Cat. #6511) for culturing PCEpiC in vitro.
This product is for research use only. It is not approved for use in humans, animals, or in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Upon receiving, directly and immediately transfer the cells from dry ice to liquid nitrogen and keep the cells in liquid nitrogen until they are needed for experiments.
Cells are only warranted if ScienCell media and reagents are used and the recommended protocols are followed.
