Components: MaM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of FBS (Cat no. SC0025), 5 ml of Macrophage Growth Supplement (MaGS, Cat. no. SC1972) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat no. SC0503). Note: FBS, MaGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in MaM; they must be added separately to make the complete MaM.
Product Use: MaM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the MaGS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
