Components: EpiCM-a consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 10 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. No. SC0010), 5 ml of epithelial cell growth supplement-animal (EpiCGS-a, Cat. No.SC4182), and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. No. SC0503). Note: Due to BPE in the growth supplement, formation of lipoproteins can cause precipitates to be present; the color may vary with different lots.

Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC, the EpiCGS-a, the FBS and the P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
