The dog is a normal and healthy blood donor for the certified dog blood bank. The dog’s healthy condition is strictly controlled and documented by the veterinary before the blood donation.
DPBMCs were isolated from the whole blood of normal health dog. The blood was tested and found to be negative for Anaplasma phagocytophilu.
This material should be handled as if capable of transmitting infectious agents. Please use universal precautions
It is recommended to use Dog PBMC Medium (Cat. No. 3H2610-10) for culturing DPBMC in vitro.
Upon receiving, directly and immediately transfer the cells from dry ice to liquid nitrogen and keep the cells in liquid nitrogen until they are needed for experiments.
Cryopreserved DPBMC is intended for in vitro laboratory research use only.
