Dog peripheral blood mononuclear cells (DPBMCs) were isolated from the whole blood of normal health dog and cryopreserved immediately. DPBMCs are pre-qualifies for sterile cell culture and cells are tested negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.

The dog blood was collected at a certified dog blood bank after informed consent.
Safety Data
The dog is a normal and healthy blood donor for the certified dog blood bank. The dog’s healthy condition is strictly controlled and documented by the veterinary before the blood donation. The blood was tested and found to be negative for Anaplasma phagocytophilu.

It is recommended to use Dog PBMC Medium (Cat. No. 3H2610-10) for culturing DPBMC in vitro.
Storage
Upon receiving, directly and immediately transfer the cells from dry ice to liquid nitrogen and keep the cells in liquid nitrogen until they are needed for experiments.
