3D-Preadipocyte Spheroid Differentiation Medium (3D-PADM) is a specialized medium designed for the differentiation of human preadipocyte spheroids in vitro in conjunction with 3D-preadipocyte spheroid differentiation supplement (3D-PAdDS, Cat. no. 3D-7232). 3D-PADM is a sterile, viscous medium which contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, and trace minerals. The medium is bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO₂/95% air.
