Components: 3D-M-SF consists of 100 ml of basal medium, 1 mL of 3D-GS (Cat. no. SC8052) and 1 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0573). Note: 3D-GS and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-M-SF; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.

Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the 3D-GS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
