Components: 3D-LSpM consists of 200 ml of basal medium, 4 mL of 3D-liver spheroid supplement (3DLSpS, Cat. no. SC3D-5252) and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0583). Note: 3DLSpS and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-LSpM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.
Product Use: 3D-LSpM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the 3D-LSpS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
