Components: 3D-SteCSpM consists of 200 ml of basal medium, 4 mL of FBS (Cat. no. SC0004), 2 mL of 3Dstellate cell spheroid supplement (3D-SteCSpS, Cat. no. SC3D-5352) and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0583). Note: 3D-SteCSpS, FBS and P/S are not premixed in the 3D-SteCSpM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.
Product Use: 3D-SteCSpM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Storage: Store the basal medium at +4oC and the 3D-SteCSpS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.
