Components: 3D-AEpiSpM consists of 200 mL of basal medium, 4 mL of FBS (Cat. no. SC0004), 4 mL of 3Dalveolar epithelial spheroid supplement (3D-AEpiSpS, Cat. no. SC3D-4172), and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. no. SC0583). Note: 3D-AEpiSpS, FBS, and P/S are not premixed in the 3D-AEpiSpM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.

Storage: Store the basal medium at +4°C and the 3D-AEpiSpS, FBS, and P/S solution at -20°C. Protect from light. Shipping Basal medium: room temperature. Supplements: dry ice.
