Recombinant human CD3G produced in
E. coli is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 117 amino acids (23-116 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 13.1 kDa. CD3G is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 gamma chain, CD3-GAMMA, T3G, CD3G.
Formulation: CD3G protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M urea and 10% glycerol.
