Shipping and Storage: The product is shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, store the primers (Cat. no. SCGK830a and SCHC21f), the cell lysis buffer enhancer (Cat. no. SCGQ400b), the positive gDNA control (Cat. no. SCGK830b), and GoldNStart TaqGreen qPCR master mix (Cat. no. SCMB6018a-1) at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Store the cell lysis buffer (Cat. no. SCGQ400a) and nuclease-free H2O (Cat. no. SCGQ100-04) at +4°C. Always keep GoldNStart TaqGreen qPCR master mix from light. Once GoldNStart TaqGreen qPCR master mix is thawed, store it at +4°C and do not refreeze. GoldNStart TaqGreen qPCR master mix is stable at +4°C for up to 6 months if stored properly.
