Lentifectin™ Transfection Reagent is specially formulated with multiple cationic polymers to produce Lentiviral vectors in vitro.
It has shown that Lentiviruses produced with Lentifectin™ Transfection Reagent have consistently higher titers in comparison to those produced with Calcium-phosphate transfection or with other types of lipid transfection reagents.
Applications
For production of high titer recombinant lentivirus vector in 293T cells.
